Foreigners' Law

Our firm is internationally oriented. This is the reason why foreigners’ law is part of our core competencies. Basis of the foreigners’ law is the Foreigners Act. It regulates the conditions for the granting of residence permits, residence and passport related modalities, family reunification, termination of stay, procedural rules and citizenship issues. We thereby support and advice particularly non-EU citizens, EU foreigners but also companies in all foreign matters, whereby we can easily surmount language barriers due to the multilingualism of our employees.
