In the field of transport law we primarily serve forwarding agencies, logistics service providers, but also removal firms, storage, handling and packaging businesses. Here, we particularly take into consideration the adaptation need regarding the general conditions and the general terms and conditions in transport contracts resulting from the amended law of obligations and the still changing EU legal situation. Our special emphasis is on the influence of international and foreign law on contracts of our globally active clients.
