The Germans are world champions in travel. Unfortunately, the traveler is often faced with a horror trip instead of a dream holiday. Long hours of waiting at the airport, the hotel is a construction site and finally food poisoning - unfortunately these are not isolated cases. However, through international treaties, particularly the EU law (passenger regulation, package holiday directive), customer rights were strengthened. Please note that you can claim any travel deficiencies only within one month after returning from holiday in writing to the tour operator and you only have chances of a (partial) reimbursement of the travel price, if you can show proof of the deficiency, that is if you made photos or videos at the spot or can name other guests as witnesses. But not every travel inconvenience is a travel deficiency. For you, this means that you have to put up with local ordinary circumstances. The limit between inconvenience and real travel deficiency is thereby voluble.
We would be happy to clarify in an initial consultation with you, whether and if so what claims you are entitled to.
Are you a tour operator or an airlines company?
We would then help you not only in the design of all relevant contracts and travel conditions, but also provide for a meaningful settlement in cancellations, complaints and reports of deficiency by customers. We also hedge you in view of legal relationships with local organizers and subcontractors.
